To request a cancellation or reschedule, please contact us at info@privatablex.comFor cancellations made at least 7 days before your service date, your deposit will be fully refunded, minus a $5 cancellation fee.Reservations may also be rescheduled at no additional charge when requested at least 7 days in advance.Unfortunately, cancellations, refunds, or date changes may not be available within 7 days of your scheduled service.
