Policy

1. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount. 2. Reservation Policy To ensure the best experience, we require all reservations to be made at least 48 hours in advance. Your booking will be confirmed once we receive a deposit and send a confirmation email. Changes to the number of guests or special requests must be finalized at least 72 hours before the event. 3. Payment Terms A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept on-site payments via credit card or debit through our mobile POS system. Alternatively, e-transfer is also available if preferred. 4. What’s Included Our service includes a professional chef, a dedicated server, curated tableware, and full table setup. We provide a complete dining experience, transforming your space into a private restaurant for the day. 5. Travel Fee A travel fee applies to all service locations. The amount varies depending on the event location. For detailed information on travel fees by area, please refer to our Service Area Chart. 6. Extra Chef Fee for Larger Parties To maintain the highest quality of service, an extra chef fee will apply for parties of 7 guests or more. This ensures that food preparation, plating, and service maintain the same exceptional standard regardless of group size. 7. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to provide a clean kitchen and dining area for use. Please inform us in advance of any special household considerations, or parking restrictions. Timely cooperation ensures a smooth service. 8. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions Please submit any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of your booking when you fill out the reservation form. Requests made on the day of the event cannot be accommodated. 8. Limitations of Liability We are not responsible for disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, power outages, or client-side changes. In such cases, we will work with you to find the best possible solution. 9. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy.
